1. You can return products purchased from our site within 7 days by contacting us at support@vibrantwow.com or by calling us at +1657-239-8241
2. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, email a video and pictures of the defect to support@vibrantwow.com or call +1657-239-8241 within 4 days of delivery to raise a dispute. We will review each dispute individually and try to be fair to both sides.
3. Once we get the item, we will review the damage. If the dispute is settled fairly, we will send you a replacement. If the same item isn't available, we'll refund your money.
4. For exchanges, Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store. We encourage you to buy shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
5. Discounted and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Unstitched articles that have been stitched cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. The item must not be worn, have no perfumes, be unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for return or exchange.
8. We may cancel orders for various reasons, such as the item being out of stock, damage found during quality checks, or payment issues.
